hetki records grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use tiny social on apple devices you own or control, under the rules of the app store. apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) applies as well; where it and these terms disagree, these terms govern for anything they cover.
a browser that loads instagram, youtube and x with parts of their interfaces filtered out on your device. it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to meta, google or x corp, and those names are used only to say which sites it works with.
you use those sites under their own terms and you remain responsible for following them. your login lives in this app's storage; keep it as safe as you would in any browser.
the filters work against sites we do not control. those sites change without warning, and when they do a filter can break until we ship an update. tiny social is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and we don't promise it will block everything, work uninterrupted, or be free of errors.
tiny social is a tool, not treatment. it doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and it isn't a substitute for medical or psychological care.
to the fullest extent the law allows, hetki records is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of tiny social. nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
delete the app and this licence ends. we may stop distributing or updating tiny social at any time; the copy on your phone keeps working as long as your device does.
these terms are governed by the laws of finland, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
